Toothpaste

I went toothpaste shopping today. It's always so hard to decide. Now they have 50 brands to choose from. Once you choose the brand, then there's all the extra's, as I like to call them. There's extra whitening, tartar control (what is tartar control anyway?), there's toothpaste with mouthwash built it. Toothpaste shouldn't be this hard. To me, they all serve the same purpose; to clean your teeth. Does this annoy you guys too?
