Blake Griffin Signs Rookie Deal
Blake Griffin has signed his rookie deal. Terms were not available. This is smart. You don't want a hold out, although you rarely see them in basketball. I feel bad for Griffin. Sure, he'll be making a good amount of money. But, he's going to the Clippers. Not much hope there. Sure, Eric Gordon is a good player. Baron Davis is still good, although he may be declining. What is there after that? Al Thornton is a nice player. I can't see this team competing, unless Griffin has a huge impact. I hope, for Griffin's sake, that the Clippers bring some talent around him. No one wants him to be the star player on a team with nothing else.
