The Most Thrilling Athletes
SI.com is doing a tremendous feature: The most thrilling athletes. They have the 10 most thrilling athletes in all the different sports. It's a great read. I'm going to provide my list:
NBA: Michael Jordan
Jordan captivated us. You knew that at any second, something amazing could happened. And usually, it did. Jordan is not only the best basketball player of all time, he's the most thrilling athlete of all time, because whenever he had the ball, your eyes were glued.

NFL: Barry Sanders
There have been plenty of tremendous football players. But Barry Sanders might have been the most thrilling. He sliced. He diced. He juked. He was almost impossible to tackle. And, like Jordan, your eyes were glued when he touched the ball. Because something amazing was going to happen. Here are some clips:
NHL: Domenik Hasek
This was the toughest one for me to decide. You can pick Wayne Gretzky. How about Alexander Ovechkin. But for me, Hasek was the most thrilling. Every save was amzing, the next one more impossible than the last. There was a reason they called him the Dominator. Here are some clips:
MLB: Willie Mays
Owner of the greatest catch in baseball history, Mays was truly a thrilling player. He made amazing plays, had a tremendous arm, and could hit like nobody's business. The theme with all these players is that you have to see what's going to happen next. You wanted to see that with Mays. Here are some highlights:

I disagree with Hasek. Sure he’s good. But Ovechkin, Gretzky ,Bobby Orr. All those guys are more exciting. Also, I disagree with Mays. Again, great player. But Griffey, Ruth, Mantle. All these guys are more exciting. You got it right with Sanders and Jordan. Nice list
