There’s No Place For This In Preseason Hockey
Don't know if y'all saw this, but Dion Phaneuf of the Calgary Flames absolutely HAMMERED Kyle Okposo of the New York Islanders. Take a look:
It's a clean hit. That's not the issue. What is the issue is that it was done in preseason play. There's no place for that. You can hit all you want when the games count. But to do it in the preseason is bush league. Phaneuf should apologize. There's no place for it. You don't want anyone getting seriously hurt in the preseason.
